About the role

  • SMB Account Executive joining New York-based sales team to close new business with SMBs. Handling inbound inquiries and guiding clients through the sales cycle for digital networking solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from inbound qualification through to close
  • Navigate SMB buying cycles, identifying decision-makers, urgency, and next steps
  • Run 5-10 new demos per day, while actively progressing deals across your existing pipeline
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with strong structure, prioritization, and momentum
  • Lead discovery, demos, and closing conversations with a consultative, customer-first approach
  • Clearly articulate Blinq’s value proposition and customer journey to SMB prospects
  • Maintain high-quality pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
  • Share customer insights and feedback to help shape product and go-to-market decisions
  • Act as a Blinq ambassador, representing our mission, values, and brand in every interaction

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth startup
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving sales cycles
  • Clear, confident communicator with a natural ability to uncover customer needs and tell compelling stories
  • Highly organized with strong qualification instincts
  • A disciplined, detail-oriented approach to pipeline management, with comfort multithreading when required
  • Confidence engaging multiple stakeholders and helping SMB buyers reach aligned, timely decisions
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Resilient and growth-oriented, motivated by learning, improvement, and meaningful impact
  • A collaborative teammate who values trust, feedback, and building something great together
  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with HubSpot
