• Senior Manager overseeing IoT design and operations projects at Blackstone Energy. Responsible for managing team performance and project operations while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to VP, IoT Solutions; responsible for managing 2 direct reports
• Provide leadership in the implementation of IoT projects
• Ensure financial and operational success of complex smart building projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
• Act as primary liaison with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Senior level management of the IoT design and operations team in the implementation of large scale IoT projects.
• High level of strategic oversight and operational leadership, guiding the delivery of complex smart building projects from inception through execution.
• Project financial accountability of the assigned portfolio is central to this role.
• Drive project successful financial performance, ensuring forecasting and financial reporting cadence process is followed.
• Responsible for ensuring that all initiatives align with defined scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
• Work collaboratively with Building Performance, Clean Infrastructure, Maintenance and IoT teams to provide quality energy, carbon and comfort performance outcomes.
• Champion health and safety, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
• Coach and develop staff, promoting best practices in energy-efficient design and implementation.
