- ERP Operations & Systems Owner responsible for operational stability of ERP processes at BLACKROLL®. Focused on ensuring data quality and system consistency within daily business operations.
Responsibilities
- Operational responsibility for ERP processes in day-to-day business
- Ensure stability, data quality and consistency
- Responsible for Order-to-Cash, returns and correction processes in the ERP
- Responsible for the quality and structure of master data
- Ensure accurate representation of finance-related ERP processes in the system
- Support the development of ERP-related KPIs and process monitoring
- Identify operational weaknesses and drive standardization
- Close collaboration with Product Owner and Tech Leads
Requirements
- Solid ERP know-how with strong technical understanding
- Experience in operational ownership of ERP-centered processes
- Understanding of end-to-end processes across system boundaries
- Strong understanding of data quality, process logic and system stability
