About the role

  • CRM Manager building and owning lifecycle communications for Bitstack users. Driving activation, retention, and revenue through strategic communication layers across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own Bitstack’s CRM and lifecycle strategy across all communication channels (email, push, in-app, etc.)
  • Design, launch, and continuously improve lifecycle journeys that move key metrics (activation, retention, revenue)
  • Build and evolve user segmentation to deliver highly relevant, personalized, and timely communications
  • Identify lifecycle opportunities based on user behavior, funnel friction, feature adoption, and churn signals
  • Run fast, iterative experiments on messaging, timing, frequency, and channel mix to drive measurable improvements
  • Execute both automated journeys and high-impact campaigns (product launches, company updates, operational communications)
  • Own the migration to Braze and design a scalable CRM setup (data structure, journeys, templates, governance, localization)
  • Analyze performance across both engagement and business metrics (activation, retention, conversion, revenue impact)
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Compliance to support launches and key initiatives

Requirements

  • Has 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or marketing automation
  • Has build and optimized lifecycle systems, not just campaigns
  • Has a strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and trigger-based communications
  • Thinks in terms of user behavior and business impact, not just sends and opens
  • Has strong product and user sense — you know what to say, when to say it, and to whom
  • Is highly analytical and comfortable running experiments and using data to drive decisions
  • Has experience with modern CRM tools (Braze is a strong plus)
  • Communicates clearly and effectively in both French and English
  • Is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
