About the role

Responsibilities

  • You’ll get to know all the key departments in the field – Support, Customer Success Management and Consulting – to build a solid foundation of knowledge and discover where your individual strengths lie.
  • On-the-job training: Insights into all relevant areas and targeted skills development – practical and varied
  • You’ll go through the main part of your programme in Support – here you’ll gain comprehensive knowledge that’s essential for your further understanding and development in CSM and Consulting
  • You’ll learn how we ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers through ongoing support and advice
  • You’ll assist in analysing and optimising business processes in the housing industry
  • You’ll work with various Aareon products (Wodis, Axera, Wowinex) – an ideal way to get an overview of our portfolio
  • You’ll take on your own tasks and projects – actively contributing from the start instead of just watching
  • Open communication, informal culture, and working as equals with specialists and managers
  • A personal mentor and a buddy will support you in your professional and personal development

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (e.g. real estate agent, management assistant for digitalisation management) or a degree in real estate or a related field
  • Initial experience through internships, student jobs or starting a career is desirable, but not essential
  • Knowledge of, or first insights into, the housing industry
  • Strong communication skills, openness and a confident manner
  • Interest in intercultural collaboration and an inclusive, diverse working environment
  • Enthusiasm for modern, agile working methods and an open-minded attitude
  • Very good German and English skills
