About the role

  • Analista Técnico de CRM handling CRM objects, flows and SQL queries for data analysis. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and CX teams while ensuring data quality and integrating APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and evolve objects, fields, flows, and rules in tools such as Customer.io, HubSpot, etc., including automations via Flow Builder and, when necessary, APEX.
  • Build and maintain journeys and campaigns in Customer.io — from event-based triggers to full lifecycle sequences.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between the CRM and engineering, data warehouse, and other tools via REST APIs and integration platforms such as Make or custom solutions.
  • Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, producing insights that support product, marketing, and sales decisions.
  • Ensure data quality in the CRM: duplication management, governance, validations, and processes that keep the environment reliable and scalable.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, acting as a bridge between business teams and engineering.

Requirements

  • Strong experience administering CRM tools: objects, fields, flows, profiles, validation rules, and reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
  • Experience with event-driven marketing automation platforms, preferably Customer.io.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs: authentication, request structure, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Intermediate SQL for analysis and manipulation of data in data warehouses.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript sufficient to automate tasks, consume APIs, and create integration scripts.
  • Familiarity with dynamic templating (Liquid, Handlebars, or similar) for personalization of communications.
  • **Preferred qualifications**
  • Basic knowledge of APEX for customizations that go beyond declarative configuration.
  • Experience with data transformation/BI tools such as Looker or Metabase.
  • Experience with CDPs (Customer Data Platforms).
  • Use of Git or another version control system for managing configurations and scripts.
