About the role

  • Sales Enablement Trainer dedicated to driving agent recruitment and onboarding initiatives at Paysafe. Collaborating across the Global Sales organization and designing impactful training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute training programs specifically tailored for SMB sales strategies and agent recruitment.
  • Create onboarding frameworks for large volumes of new agents, ensuring rapid ramp-up and consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and HR to design comprehensive training plans, including materials, tutorials, and digital learning resources.
  • Research and recommend platforms for delivering scalable training content.
  • Access and curate content across Paysafe to support sales enablement initiatives.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for agents and internal teams.
  • Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
  • Track training effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of training materials.
  • Coordinate enrollment, schedules, and logistics for training programs.
  • Partner with external vendors for instructional technology when needed.
  • Support additional enablement projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or education or a related field such as Business or Communication, required or experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 2 years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position, required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the payments industry, preferred
  • Certification from talent and training associations is a plus.
  • Experience designing training curriculum, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident public speaker.
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead when needed.
