- Technical Salesforce Developer with experience in complex software development, implementation, and support
- Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure stable operations, fix defects, and build new capabilities.
Requirements
- Must have 6–8 years of Salesforce (SFDC) development and implementation experience
- Experience in building Salesforce applications from development through deployment and support
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- Ability to identify, gather, and analyse requirements from users and stakeholders
- Analyse detailed business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous enhancements
- Correct programming errors, respond to scope changes, and implement application improvements
- Experience working with APIs and Salesforce security settings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
