- Ability to operate with high autonomy on complex, 3-month+ initiatives
- Experience breaking down complex projects and effectively working with & through others
- Strong technical judgment for making architectural trade-offs and navigating ambiguity
- Ability to represent technical proposals clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven capability to proactively remove delivery blockers across teams
- Track record of partnering with engineering & product managers on team operations and planning
