About the role

  • Senior ABM Analyst at Onfly focusing on structuring and scaling ABM programs for high performance integration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and maintain target account lists (Tiers 1, 2 and 3) aligned with the ICP.
  • Orchestrate multichannel campaigns (email, social, paid media, personalized content, events).
  • Build and operate engagement playbooks integrated with Marketing and Sales.
  • Develop cadences, sequences and customized scripts according to account stage.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency and currency in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Set up automations, account routing and activation triggers.
  • Create dashboards and reports with key ABM, pipeline and engagement metrics and indicators.
  • Perform a RevOps role for enterprise GTM, defining flows, rituals and rules between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
  • Document processes, playbooks, engagement templates and qualification criteria.
  • Analyze account behavior and engagement to guide strategy and prioritization.
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and opportunities to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Generate actionable insights on engaged personas, behavioral history and account maturity.
  • Train the Enterprise Sales team on ABM processes, lists, approaches and executions.
  • Create and update materials such as battlecards, scripts, decks, narratives and account dossiers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field;
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (automation, workflows, reporting, segmentation and CRM).
  • Knowledge of B2B content strategies and integration with commercial/sales teams.
  • Ability to build dashboards, forecasts and critical performance indicators.
  • Availability to travel
  • Experience in technology companies or SaaS.
  • Experience in RevOps for Enterprise GTM
  • Experience with internationalization or multiregional campaigns.
