Responsibilities
Plan and execute weekly communications across Email, Push, SMS, and in-app banners
Own and maintain the marketing campaign calendar
Build and manage audience segments within the CRM tool
Manage and optimise marketing spend
Create and refine ad copy and creative assets across paid channels
Write creative briefs and manage asset production with the UX team
Design and launch lifecycle journeys for onboarding, churn prevention, reactivation, and engagement
Track and analyse campaign performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Affiliate, Support, and Operations teams
Drive projects from concept to launch, working closely with UX/UI teams
Ensure compliance with marketing regulations
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, digital marketing, or lifecycle campaign management across acquisition and retention journeys
Mastery of CRM tools such as Intercom, Braze, or Customer.io
Proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer
Ability to manage campaign calendars with detail and consistency
Experience in promotions, especially within wagering, gaming, or app-based environments
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to contribute to a positive team culture and support cross-functional collaboration
Curiosity and adaptability towards emerging technologies and market trends
