About the role

  • Customer Service and Operations Assistant handling inquiries and operational tasks at Sproud. Ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer service while based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in all incoming emails and channels
  • Assist with operational tasks to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Oversee order processing for East Europe, warehousing, transportation, import, and exports
  • Interact with B2B customers to process their orders
  • Manage daily customer service for D2C business
  • Complete weekly reporting for internal review
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders
  • Manage documentation and compliance for international shipping
  • Monitor and track shipments for on-time delivery
  • Resolve any customs, shipping, and delivery issues
  • Build strong relationships with warehouse, distributors, and delivery partners

Requirements

  • 1-2 years work experience in an administrative or coordinating role
  • Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
  • Strong administrative capabilities
  • Service-minded attitude
  • Comfortable learning new skills regularly
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and thorough
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own time effectively
