Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries in all incoming emails and channels

Oversee order processing for East Europe, warehousing, transportation, import, and exports
Interact with B2B customers to process their orders
Manage daily customer service for D2C business
Complete weekly reporting for internal review
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders
Manage documentation and compliance for international shipping
Monitor and track shipments for on-time delivery
Resolve any customs, shipping, and delivery issues
Build strong relationships with warehouse, distributors, and delivery partners
Requirements
1-2 years work experience in an administrative or coordinating role
Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
Strong administrative capabilities
