About the role

  • Operations Support Representative at FCCI providing administrative support and clerical tasks. Processing applications and data entry for the underwriting process in Sarasota, FL with hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by processing new business applications.
  • Order and analyze motor vehicle reports.
  • Provide additional clerical support in the new business issuance, renewal and endorsement processes.
  • Responsible for heavy volumes of data entry to support the underwriting process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year general administrative experience.
  • Basic knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of Market Reservation, Expresswrite and Imaging systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Commercial Lines Regional operations workflow and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making.
