About the role

  • Customer Support Consultant providing technical assistance for 3Shape hardware and software. Joining a multicultural team to build strong relationships with reselling partners and end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent and efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, e-mails, and occasional on-site events.
  • Managing support cases: collect all relevant information from customers, according to the company's procedures, and record this using the company's CRM.
  • Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback further.

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Good communicator with the ability to ask and listen
  • Strong verbal and writing skills (B2 level) in French, and Ukrainian
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate English (will be used for internal communication)
  • Problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • Result-oriented and stress-resistant
  • Aspiration to self-development and eager to learn
  • Analytical, multitasking, and empathetic skills
