- Consolidate and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring they are up to date, accurate and provide reports that support leadership

- Handle tickets via Movidesk, monitor SLAs and ensure user satisfaction
- Identify improvement opportunities and automate processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Support people development by following sprints and trainings, and by promoting a culture of accountability and results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Previous experience in indicator analysis, process management or business intelligence
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Experience consolidating and analyzing KPIs or OKRs
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps (desirable)
- Intermediate English (desirable)
