Project Manager overseeing Warehouse Management System implementations at Bergzeit. Responsible for successful project execution from planning to Go-Live and beyond in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Coordination of external service providers and alignment with internal IT
Collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics
Support in the selection process for a new WMS vendor
Responsibility for the successful implementation of the project from planning through Go-Live
Support and further development of the system after Go-Live
Requirements
You have vocational training or a degree in logistics, business administration, or engineering
Several years of experience (3–5 years) in supporting and implementing WMS systems, ideally in 3rd-level support
Practical experience in logistics, in particular with AUTOSTORE systems
Strong process understanding — IT skills are advantageous but not required
Strong analytical skills and project management competence
Experience coordinating service providers and interdisciplinary teams
