Responsibilities

  • Fully immerse in the brand and culture

  • Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
  • Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
