Responsibilities

  • Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants
  • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Establish high-performance selling environment
  • Foster a store culture that aligns with the brand
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower team members
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and operational processes

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
  • Developed a sense of Care in written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels
  • Strong business acumen with analytical thinking
  • Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
