About the role

  • Process Manager optimizing Purchase-to-Pay processes at Bergzeit. Collaborating with various departments and enhancing ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Responsibilities

  • You take responsibility for the entire Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process: from analysis and optimization to target process design
  • You further develop purchasing processes together with relevant stakeholders and contribute new ideas
  • You ensure that the structure and logic of our master data align with our business objectives
  • You optimize master data
  • You analyze SLAs and derive concrete measures from them
  • As NAV Key User for Buying, you support and continuously develop the system
  • You drive automation initiatives (e.g. in the Open-to-Buy and reorder processes)
  • You create transparency with our suppliers by maintaining an overview of ordered and confirmed incoming deliveries

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a certified retail specialist (Handelsfachwirt), hold a degree in business administration, or have a comparable qualification
  • You bring several years of experience in purchasing and are familiar with P2P processes
  • You are an analytical thinker with a strong understanding of processes
  • You have experience with ERP systems — ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • You are a strong communicator and a true team player
  • You bring knowledge of EDI standards and their integrations
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are eager to drive initiatives forward
  • You are fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
