About the role
- Cloud Engineer overseeing Azure and Google Cloud infrastructures at Bergzeit. Involves technical consulting, documentation, and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities
- Administration, further development and monitoring of the Azure and Google Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft Defender)
- Participation in architecture decisions and providing technical consulting within the team
- Support, administration and validation of business applications
- Creation of documentation for the internal knowledge base
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in cloud administration (Azure/Google)
- Experience with identity management, IT security and backup concepts
- Experience with scripting (e.g. Bash, PowerShell) and enthusiasm for automation (Logic Apps, Power Automate)
- Independent, structured and meticulous working style
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, confident communication in German and English with various stakeholders, and a true team player
