About the role

  • Specialist Internal Sales Service supporting sales processes at Berentzen-Vivaris Vertrieb GmbH. Handling order processing, complaints, and data maintenance in SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Order processing and invoicing
  • Processing of returned containers / returnable packaging
  • Complaint handling
  • Master data maintenance in SAP
  • Invoice processing and creation of credit notes
  • Preparation of reports on orders and delivery quality
  • Involvement in all relevant internal sales processes
  • External communication and general inside-sales duties

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial / business vocational training
  • Several years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of the German retail/trade landscape is an advantage
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
  • Analytical skills and an understanding of numbers/accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of SAP R/3
  • High commitment, flexibility, team player, strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
  • Proactive, good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
