Responsibilities
Act in a consultative role to understand client needs;
Conduct technical feasibility analysis and design solutions aligned with the client's environment;
Prepare and deliver technical and functional presentations of solutions;
Prepare and present assessments and diagnostics of HR processes;
Develop the architecture and technical structure of Grupo Benner's solutions;
Support the sales process, ensuring application of MVB – Benner Sales Methodology;
Participate in preparing technical proposals and support negotiations;
Estimate and forecast project efforts (customization, implementation, migration, and maintenance);
Assist in project pricing;
Perform technical analysis and prepare responses to RFPs, RFIs, POCs, and public tenders;
Work on projects for the public sector and mixed-capital companies;
Update information and stages in the CRM;
Participate in product roadmaps and client committees;
Analyze market information to generate insights and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (with technical knowledge in Human Resources);
Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in HR-specific areas, IT Management, People Management, Business Management, Process Management, or market-related fields;
Knowledge of Human Resources;
Experience in HR market operations;
Experience in technology is a plus;
Advanced knowledge of HR systems or similar solutions;
