About the role

• Project Manager overseeing the implementation of software systems in healthcare. Leading teams, managing stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring project scope and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the implementation project of the system sold by the company, following the implementation methodology, leading the responsible team and guaranteeing delivery of the contracted scope within the agreed timelines and costs;
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements and constraints, managing the creation of the project charter and obtaining approval from involved parties;
• Manage the development of the Project Management Plan including activities, schedules, required resources, costs involved and risks associated with the project;
• Coordinate the allocation of human, financial and material resources necessary for project execution, ensuring the right team is assigned to the right tasks, taking into account each team member's skills, availability and capacity;
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the project, including the client, senior management, the project team and other interested parties;
• Ensure the company’s billing targets are met, securing the profitability of the project;
• Deliver presentations to clients and colleagues;
• Oversee area KPIs, monitor results, develop relevant action plans and present them at the strategic level to provide input for decision-making;
• Promote Benner’s standard of excellence by complying with the guidelines defined in the Vision, Mission and Values, aiming to maintain the company’s image in the market in an ethical and responsible manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields;
• Postgraduate specialization in Project Management; knowledge of agile methodologies;
• Experience managing system implementation projects in the healthcare sector. Negotiation and communication skills are essential;
• PMP and/or SCM certification desirable.
