Marketing Analyst integrating Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams for Benner. Developing campaigns and supporting product launches for the HR segment with performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Act as an integration hub between Marketing, Product and Commercial teams, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent messaging.
Develop and execute targeted communication campaigns for HR audiences (HR departments, people managers, payroll/HR operations, etc.).
Strengthen the Benner HR brand positioning to help differentiate it in the market.
Create and implement content plans and multichannel campaigns (digital and in-person), ensuring clear performance indicators.
Support go-to-market activities for new modules and features within the vertical.
Produce and review strategic sales enablement materials: presentations, white papers, technical content, case studies, etc.
Monitor HR market trends and HCM solutions to inform decisions and guide marketing strategies.
Track and analyze campaign metrics, lead generation and target audience behavior.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, IT (Information Technology, Computer Science), Design, Journalism, Communication or related fields.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with social listening and monitoring tools.
Experience with BI and CRM tools.
Ability to read metrics and translate insights into creative solutions.
Experience with lead generation campaigns.
Proactive and autonomous, able to suggest and test new processes, methods and tools.
