Responsibilities
Define and apply the digital strategy for the B2B area in group insurance
Transform the experience through innovative digital solutions
Develop the digital vision and roadmap for journeys and interactions related to group insurance
Actively participate in the agile forums and ceremonies of our delivery trains
Lead strategic initiatives: monitoring, market analysis, ROI, and prioritization of projects
Actively collaborate with our key partners and vendors
Populate and prioritize the delivery train backlog (SAFe)
Influence and rally decision-makers around digital directions
Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders
Measure and optimize performance using data.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, marketing, or a related field
Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in digital product management (web, mobile, packaged software, integrations) and/or in B2B group insurance
Be fluent in French, both spoken and written, and have intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Strong understanding of UX, UI, architecture, accessibility, and technology environments
Proficiency in Agile SAFe practices and backlog management (Jira an asset)
Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision-makers and to unite cross-functional teams.
