Responsibilities
- Verwaltung und Pflege des Internetauftrittes und des Produktkatalogs mit über 20.000 verschiedenen Weinen
- Koordination und Optimierung der Bestell- und Lieferprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit über 350 Lieferanten und Winzern
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von E-Commerce-Strategien zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und des Umsatzes
- Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und Markttrends zur Verbesserung des Sortiments und der Preisgestaltung
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Online-Marketing-Kampagnen
- Optimierung des Kundensupports
- Koordination der Rechtssicherheit des Internetauftrittes
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbares Studium im Bereich E-Commerce, Handel oder Logistik.
- Erfahrung im Online-Handel und fundierte Kenntnisse in E-Commerce-Plattformen und -Technologien.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie eine starke Kundenorientierung.
