About the role
- E-Commerce Manager supporting online shop development at startup Inkster. Engaging in marketing campaigns and user experience optimization while collaborating with multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Gestaltung, Pflege & Optimierung von Produktseiten & Landingpages
- Instandhaltung & Pflege von Shop-Apps und Tools
- Vorbereitung von Sales und saisonalen Kampagnen innerhalb des Online-Shops
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Angebote & Features im Online-Shop
- Analyse von Nutzerverhalten und Shop-Performance
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von A/B Tests
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Marketing, Content und Operations
Requirements
- Du studierst im Bereich (Online-)Marketing, BWL, E-Commerce, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä. oder Du überzeugst uns, dass Du das nicht brauchst
- Eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Lernbereitschaft zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist technisch versiert und denkst analytisch – erste Grundkenntnisse in HTML und CSS sind von Vorteil, ansonsten der richtige Einsatz von KI
- Affinität zu digitalen Trends und E-Commerce
- Interresse an Themen wie Online-Marketing, SEO und Webanalyse
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Shopify oder anderen Shopsystemen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und eine Hands-on-Mentalität gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
