About the role

  • Sales position for B2B SaaS focusing on improving construction workflows at Benetics AI. Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals while creating future building solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape our offering well beyond contract signings.
  • Co-create the future of construction together with our customers.
  • Qualify and generate leads and opportunities.
  • You are the face of Benetics AI from initial contact through to contract signing and will receive responsibility and significant autonomy across the entire sales process.
  • You turn our customers into champions and develop upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction or trades sector.
  • Excellent German skills (ideally Swiss German) and very good English skills for collaboration within our international team.
  • A structured working style and experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
