  • Technical Support Engineer providing technical support for Cables & Connectivity at Belden. Serving as the primary contact for customers across global regions based in Pune, India.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier technical support for Belden's Cables & Connectivity across global regions
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers
  • Review technical documents
  • Collaborate internally for issue resolution
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Achieve all metrics for respective customer/partner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • 3-6 years of industrial cable experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of industrial cables design principles, EN, IEC, UL standards, certification
  • Ability to review, identify, interpreting customer spec/requirements and bill of materials (BOM) for new inquiry
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail when communicating with customers (verbal & written)
