- Provide financial analytics, performance tracking, and key performance indicator reporting for Solutions and NXT
- Support resource planning, cost management, and roadmap execution, including integration and optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, strategy, or business partnering roles
- Experience supporting senior leaders and influencing decisions in a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights (Excel, Power BI)
