About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate participation in exhibitions and trade shows
  • Manage booth setup, design coordination, and logistics
  • Ensure exceptional brand experiences at exhibitions
  • Organize internal and external events such as team meetings and customer seminars
  • Evaluate and improve event processes for consistent, high-quality results
  • Implement new technologies and methodologies in event planning
  • Handle post-event evaluations and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Proven experience in event planning, managing exhibition booths and conference organization
  • Tech-savvy with martech solutions, including marketing and event management tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Keen interest in Belden's industries such as energy, transportation, hospitality
  • Willingness to travel for events
