About the role

  • Director of Talent & Performance Management leading global HR initiatives at Belden. Focused on strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and performance enablement for talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic workforce planning to align workforce capabilities with current and future business strategy.
  • Design and govern Belden’s enterprise-wide talent strategy and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive succession planning and talent reviews to ensure a strong and diverse pipeline of future-ready leaders.
  • Oversee the global performance management cycle, ensuring consistency, fairness, and meaningful outcomes.
  • Build and evolve career frameworks and competency models that enable career progression and talent mobility.
  • Drive initiatives that support internal mobility and create clear pathways for employees to grow within Belden.
  • Lead efforts to identify, assess, and accelerate development of high-potential employees at all levels.
  • Ensure individual Career Development Plans and succession plans are actively managed and executed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience in talent management, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with executives and senior leaders across functions.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and executive presence skills.
