About the role

  • Creative Strategist developing performance strategies for conversion campaigns in the beauty sector. Responsibilities include creative setup, testing systems, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the creative performance strategy for our conversion campaigns.
  • You translate audience insights, product strengths and performance data into clear angles, stories and formats.
  • You lead our creative setup from a subject-matter perspective, set standards and ensure creatives and the funnel work together.
  • You develop creative strategies and angle concepts for conversion campaigns with a focus on Paid Social and other performance channels.
  • You build a structured creative testing system, including prioritization, a testing matrix, iteration logic and documentation of learnings.
  • You write and own creative briefings that speed up production and increase quality.
  • You analyze creative performance and derive clear next steps, from scroll stop to CTR, CVR and ROAS.
  • You manage creative reviews and feedback loops with designers, editors, creators and the performance team.
  • You optimize the end-to-end creative funnel: from hook to checkout, including landing page selection, message match and testing combinations of creative and landing pages.
  • You monitor market and platform patterns, creator trends and competitors and translate them into new concepts.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance creative strategy, direct response, paid social creative, creative direction in a performance context or a comparable role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of conversion creatives and their structure (hook, story, proof, trust, objection handling, CTA, variations)
  • Comfort working with performance teams and KPI logic — you don't have to do media buying, but you understand the mechanics
  • Experience in leadership, mentoring or establishing standards and processes within creative teams
  • Very good German for copywriting and communication; English is a plus
  • Structured working style, strong prioritization, ownership and high quality standards
