Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers and markets for the rudder systems segment
Maintain and support our existing customer base
Support and manage international sales projects for our rudder systems segment
Develop sales strategies, perform market and competitor analyses, and negotiate proposals
Represent the company and our products at national and international trade fairs and conferences
Requirements
Degree in a technical field (e.g., naval architecture, mechanical engineering, or equivalent)
At least 5 years of experience in the maritime sector (preferably shipbuilding)
Experience with complex, technically sophisticated products
Good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level)
Strong IT skills (MS Office and SharePoint)
Strong communication and assertiveness combined with technical understanding
Proactive working style with a passion for sales and technology
