About the role
- Supports Sales Representatives by handling customer inquiries and processing orders. Involves data management and coordination for events and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Representatives with handling customer inquiries and processing orders
- Assist with preparation for trade shows and events
- Organize and ship materials to our Sales Representatives and directly to customers
- Record and maintain data in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and, where applicable, SAP
- Assist with the administration and upkeep of our inventory
Requirements
- Enrollment in an advanced-stage degree program in Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP is a plus but not required
- Communicative and highly passionate about your work
