About the role

  • Process payroll for monthly, semi-monthly, and weekly cycles.
  • Validate and control timekeeping inputs.
  • Prepare accounting records and perform account reconciliations.
  • Manage third-party payments and regulatory filings.
  • Support processes related to SAP accounting and internal systems (Workday, Dimensions).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years in payroll processing and accounting.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • SAP (accounting module) – mandatory.
  • Costa Rican labor legislation.
  • English B2 or higher (mandatory).
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Workday and Dimensions.
