About the role

  • Advisor ensuring good rental conditions and social communication for social housing management company. Collaborating with tenants for satisfaction and housing quality.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that rented housing units meet acceptable habitability standards
  • Perform technical and social monitoring
  • Welcome and support tenants
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and advisory visits
  • Manage incidents and insurance claims

Requirements

  • Minimum: two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years
  • Knowledge of building pathology
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a customer-service orientation
  • Valid driver's license required — travel between sites in the area
