Responsibilities
Support the efficient management and administration of daily fleet operations within the Fleet Frontline Administration (SSC) department.
Report directly to the Frontline Team Leader Fleet and contribute to maintaining accurate records, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Administer, manage, monitor, and resolve incidents within the Fleet business.
Record, document, monitor, and analyze relevant data to support fleet operations.
Manage customer and supplier accounting and inventory management to maintain accurate records and efficient processes.
Manage and provide customer and service provider reporting.
Support accurate and timely handling of fleet-related documentation and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Higher Vocational Training or degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent field
Minimum one year of experience in fleet administrative tasks, including internships or work experience demonstrating proficiency in administrative responsibilities
Knowledge of SAP and Fleetbridge (preferred)
Experience in fleet management systems (preferred)
Knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or Salesforce (preferred)
English C1
