About the role

  • Customer Success Teammitglied enhancing customer experience at Bearpaw GmbH through outstanding support and solution-oriented communication on all channels.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for our customers — via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-store
  • Preparing quotes for retailers and end customers
  • Advising customers on products — from entry-level setups to professional equipment
  • Managing returns processes efficiently and accurately
  • Contacting retailers to maintain relationships and identify opportunities
  • Supporting cold outreach to acquire new partners

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or account management (ideally in retail, sports, or e-commerce)
  • Independent working style, strong organizational skills, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Outgoing, quick-thinking, and communicative personality
  • Proficient with email, CRM tools, and ERP systems
