About the role

  • Project Leader at BCD M&E managing meetings and events. Oversee project execution and client relations to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from beginning to end
  • Oversee several arrangements by yourself as well as being part of teams
  • Assist and support where needed in project management
  • Provide strategic guidance and planning for meetings and events
  • Liaise with clients before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Deliver excellence in service and professionalism
  • Lead on-site arrangements and facilitate problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience with organizing meetings and events, in an international environment, as well as locally
  • Excellent knowledge in Amadeus is a must
  • Fluency in Swedish language is a must
  • You live in Sweden (preferably near Stockholm area)
  • Confident handling of Microsoft-Office products
  • Process-oriented, proactive & solution-oriented working style
  • Efficient handling while delivering precise work and high-quality standards
  • Commitment, flexibility and willingness to learn in all areas.
