About the role
- Business Analyst:in involved in analyzing and shaping regulatory requirements in banking. Consulting on agile IT projects and communicating effectively with clients.
Responsibilities
- You independently advise on and design agile IT projects and implement legal and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
- Capturing, analyzing and managing requirements are core tasks, as is coordinating with business units and development teams
- You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
- You maintain a collaborative partnership and open communication with our clients
Requirements
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking industry and in statistical regulatory reporting (in particular BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
- Strong methodological and conceptual knowledge in business analysis and agile methods
- An independent and communicative working style that proactively drives projects forward
- Ideally, you have already implemented IT projects addressing regulatory requirements
- Fluent German (at least C1)
