Consultant implementing and enhancing Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce solutions for life sciences clients. Collaborating closely with customers on key CRM projects.
Responsibilities
Support implementation of Veeva Vault CRM and/or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
Assist with page layouts, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Help with preparation and loading of setup data, historical data, and prepare environment setup.
Support testing activities including preparation of UAT scripts and support clients for execution.
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Participate in client workshops and internal project meetings.
Work closely with more senior consultants to translate requirements into solutions.
Provide end-user support and prepare basic training materials.
Execute Train the Trainer or End user trainings remotely or onsite.
Ensure delivered solutions meet quality and audit standards.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM and/or Salesforce solutions.
Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration.
Basic understanding of Vault configuration.
Previous experience or Interest in life sciences (pharma, biotech, medical devices).
Familiarity with Agile or project-based delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Willingness to learn and take guidance.
Eager to jump out of comfort zone.
