About the role

  • Community Manager responsible for growth initiatives at Baselane, supporting real estate investors. Lead community initiatives and campaigns to drive engagement and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Baselane’s community initiatives, including our Ambassador Program, webinar series, social channels, conferences and events, and online community forums.
  • Build authentic relationships and engage with existing digital communities of real estate investors.
  • Plan, launch, and track lead acquisition campaigns across channels such as email, events, webinars, paid social, and paid search.
  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy to increase awareness of Baselane and drive qualified leads across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Manage a content calendar supporting brand campaigns, product launches, demand generation, customer stories, UGC, and employer brand initiatives.
  • Use your creativity and storytelling to produce webinars that educate and engage our audience.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to hand off leads and continually optimize funnel performance and lead quality.
  • Own and drive MQL targets, leveraging data and experimentation to maximize performance across sales-assisted channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation and/or community management, ideally within a tech or B2B environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working alongside Sales, Operations, Brand Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns that drive MQLs and measurable results.
  • Data-driven marketer skilled in testing, analysis, and optimization to improve campaign performance.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and similar tools for tracking and insight generation.
  • Authentic community builder with a knack for engagement and conversation across online and offline investor communities.
  • Skilled at building webinar strategies with experience interviewing subject matter experts and translating insights into compelling content.
  • Analytical thinker who uses data to inform strategy, identify emerging topics, and adjust content to drive business outcomes.
  • Highly organized project manager capable of prioritizing high-impact work and operating independently.
  • Able to join us in our Toronto office 2 days a week.
