Requirements

- Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
- Knowledge of low income Housing tax credit (LIHTC) preferred.
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
