About the role

  • Technical Account Manager providing technical and strategic client support for IT solutions. Collaborating closely with customers to optimize IT system landscapes and ensuring project management success.

Responsibilities

  • Technical and strategic customer support (new and existing customers): regular client and coordination meetings, proactive needs assessment and problem resolution
  • Proactive upselling to continuously optimize customers' IT system landscapes
  • Comprehensive understanding and effective communication of core IT solutions
  • Development of customer-specific IT solutions in close collaboration with Key Account Management
  • Active project management (resource planning for the operational technical team, project control, change requests, scheduling, etc.)
  • Conducting customer workshops
  • Continuous quality management and documentation of implemented activities
  • Independent trouble/incident management
  • Verification of billing and invoices

Requirements

  • Technical understanding of IT solutions and expert knowledge in IT infrastructure
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (cloud & on-premises)
  • Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, university of applied sciences/FH or university)
  • Several years of experience in project management or IT management
  • Customer-oriented, communicative personality with a focus on holistic solutions
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Precise, structured and independent way of working
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies
