Responsibilities
Ownership of our finance and performance reporting and continuous development of our KPI framework
Preparation of cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning, and support for financing, grant programs, and financial simulations
Monthly performance reporting including analysis of key business metrics and derivation of recommended actions
Forecasting and budget planning (forecast & budget) in close collaboration with the business units
Business partnering with our department heads — analysis of performance, identification of potential improvements, and development of action plans
Preparation of business cases, investment calculations, and profitability analyses to support strategic decisions
Further development of our controlling tools and data structures
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling, finance, or a comparable analytical environment (e.g., consulting, corporate finance, start-up/scale-up)
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills
Ability to present complex matters clearly and understandably
Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
Hands-on mentality and a structured, independent way of working
Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large datasets
Experience with BI tools or reporting systems is a plus
