About the role
- Providing financial partnership and operational support for Consulting teams at IQVIA ensuring revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in the life sciences sector.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial partner to Consulting principals and leaders, supporting revenue planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Support account planning, revenue achievement roadmaps, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Lead operational processes including forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and commercial reporting.
- Support the implementation of sales tools, training programs, and process improvements to enhance execution quality.
- Partner closely with Consulting, Sales, Service Delivery, and Business Units to ensure aligned commercial execution.
- Assist in deploying new commercial processes, tools, and performance management frameworks.
- Identify operational or financial barriers and drive effective solutions.
- Provide structured insights to leadership to inform planning, resourcing, and performance improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required ; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial finance, sales operations, or related roles.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Excel proficiency, experience with CRM and SAP a plus
- Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across diverse teams.
