About the role
- Intern supporting the Asset and Liability Management team in a leading Baltic bank. Internship focused on data analysis, reporting, and treasury management.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team within the Treasury department
- Work with daily and weekly reporting activities, analyzing data from the bank’s balance sheet
- Calculating regulatory ratios, and helping track and explain performance changes
- Assist with ad-hoc analytical tasks that require deeper data analysis and presentation of insights to stakeholders
- Gain practical experience in treasury and balance sheet management within a large financial institution
Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly
- Good time management and a proactive mindset are important, along with the ability to work with data and present insights clearly
- Interest in finance and banking is essential
- Familiarity with MS Office and tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
- Fluent English is required
- Preferred education in Finance, Mathematics or related.
