About the role

  • Intern supporting the Asset and Liability Management team in a leading Baltic bank. Internship focused on data analysis, reporting, and treasury management.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team within the Treasury department
  • Work with daily and weekly reporting activities, analyzing data from the bank’s balance sheet
  • Calculating regulatory ratios, and helping track and explain performance changes
  • Assist with ad-hoc analytical tasks that require deeper data analysis and presentation of insights to stakeholders
  • Gain practical experience in treasury and balance sheet management within a large financial institution

Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly
  • Good time management and a proactive mindset are important, along with the ability to work with data and present insights clearly
  • Interest in finance and banking is essential
  • Familiarity with MS Office and tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
  • Fluent English is required
  • Preferred education in Finance, Mathematics or related.
