About the role

  • Retirement Plan Services Administrator providing direct support for pension, 401(k), 457(b), and profit-sharing plans. Preparing allocations, individual statements, and analyzing required testing results.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the Recordkeeping Supervisor and Officers
  • Prepare allocations and individual participant statements
  • Communicate with client administrators to gather testing data and review census information
  • Analyze and communicate testing results to clients and internal parties
  • Establish and maintain employee benefit plans on the participant recordkeeping system
  • Manage incoming participant and plan sponsor calls regarding employee distribution requests
  • Reconcile the Employee Benefit Trust Fund to the participant recordkeeping system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
  • Five years of prior trust or accounting experience or equivalent
  • Formal computer science training (highly recommended)
  • Good written and oral communication skills
