Manage training and third-party administration, including course bookings and accurate reporting
Maintain audit trails for administration activities (attendance, feedback, accommodation, etc.)
Act as Information Assurance Officer, promoting quality and compliance practices
Requirements
Strong customer relationship skills, with experience liaising effectively with contractors, clients, and visitors
Computer literate
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, ensuring smooth handovers in a 24/7 operational environment
